Recognizing Depression / Get Ready With Me

Today I am confessing that I have found myself in a bit of a depression. Recognizing depression can be tricky. Understanding the warning signs that you are falling into a pit of depression is not as easy as you’d think. Most often it’s loved ones that notice you are slipping rather than yourself.
