044: LOCKED OUT- A Behind-Closed-Door Deal May Move Forward TONIGHT in McLendon-Chisholm!

Despite the public outcry against it and that the City has NO economic development plan whatsoever, plus the fact that the City just increased property taxes from an effective $0.12 to $0.15 because, they said it was essential to sustain essential city services, tonight the Mayor & City Council will lay the ground work to give $200,000 of taxpayer funds to an unscrupulous out-of-town strip-center developer, which will cost taxpayers $59,000, EVEN THOUGH NO ACTION TO APPROVE THE PROJECT HAS BEEN TAKEN!!!  
Most importantly, all of the discussions related to this matter will take place behind closed doors in a creatively orchestrated executive session.
