In a poll conducted in January and February, 24% of Democratic and Democratic-leaning respondents stated that they want someone else because they don't believe Biden can win in 2024. The percentage of people who don't want Biden to be reelected has increased from 16 percent earlier this year to 32 percent. 25 percent of respondents indicated they preferred Biden as the nominee, a sharp decline from the 45 percent who said the same in January/February.

The poll reveals a dramatic decline in support for the President's 2024 reelection effort. In January and February, 51% of Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters said they preferred a different candidate than Biden as the party's 2024 presidential contender.
