Creamy Black Bean Pasta is a Vegetarian Pasta that can be served Warm or Cold, Both ways are Delicious! This Pasta is filled with Black Beans, Yogurt, Fresh Garlic, Ground Cumin and Chili Powder!

This Creamy Black Bean Pasta was created when we had leftovers of our Slow Cooker Meatless Black Beans and we added it into Pasta! We liked it so much, we made an easier Canned Black Bean Version for a Quick and Easy Meal! It's Delicious Served Hot or Cold!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Pasta Cooking Time: About 7 - 12 Minutes (Follow Directions on Pasta Package)

Creamy Black Beans Pasta Ingredients:

16 Ounce Package of Pasta (we use Penne but you can use Macaroni, Spiral etc)
2 Cups Yogurt
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 - 15 Ounce Cans Black Beans (Plain, No Seasonings)
