JESUS IS THE TRUE KEY TO JOY AND SATISFACTION!!!

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

I have to agree with Thomas Keating when he says that we've Lost the key to “intimacy with God, the experience of God living presence.” that statement really got me to thinking, because there are times I've fallen into that trap, and I need to be reminded of just WHO it is that satisfies, and brings me real joy. I think that's why these questions from this morning's devotional were so challenging, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read and study these questions carefully, and I pray that God will challenge you through them as well.

When are you tempted to look for satisfaction and joy in the wrong places?
What helps you remember to find peace, rest, and satisfaction in God instead?

I admit that I'm tempted to look for satisfaction and joy in the wrong places, and it's usually because I'm scared, feeling neglected and lonely, and I need to be reminded that I serve a savior who genuinely cares about me, and I can find true peace in Him. That's why I'd like to share some thoughts that God has put on my heart through this vlog I did today, and I pray that what I say speaks to your heart. come join me in this flog, and learn just WHO is the key to true joy and satisfaction! 😊

So, as I close this post for tonight, I reach out to the ones who are searching, longing for their spiritual longing, hunger, and thirst to be quenched, to know that there is someone who will satisfy that, and that's none other than Jesus. I pray that if you don’t know Christ, that you will come to know Him as your Savior today, and that you will choose to follow Him. I invite you all RIGHT NOW, to call on His name today, seek His face, ask Him to forgive you of whatever sins you’ve committed, and He WILL forgive it!! He doesn’t care about your lifestyle, skin color, faith, or ethnicity what you’ve done, where you’re from, or anything about you, just that you let Him in your heart. Please, do NOT let pride keep you from the Savior, but choose to receive the bread of life and the living water that will satisfy for eternity!!
