Making a table hot plate holder

Made an old hot plate holder for our dining room table a few years ago. However, it was showing its age and was not done well (beginning of my woodworking). So, decided to make a new one from Muninga (kiaat) and Yellow wood, plus added two layers to hold more plates and other objects.
