Dell R420 FreePBX Vicidial USB Install Raid 1 SSD Elastix kickstart

I have to build a couple of Dell R420 servers for a small call center. If your not familiar with asterisk its an open source based phone system that runs on Linux. One the servers is running an older version or Elastix and other is running the open source predictive dialer call vicidial.
