Schedule F and Mr. T.

Mr. T. has hinted that he plans to reimpose Executive Order 13957 if the opportunity to sign Executive Orders is once again his. This order would make approximately 50,000 very high-ranking civil servants (think policy makers) lose some of the civil service protections they enjoy, and become more at-will/contract type of employees. So we asked the cards, will Schedule F be reimposed, and was there other information the Universe wanted to share?
