Deputy Vasquez Harassing Same Man Again!!

This is the same gentleman that continually gets pulled over in the city of Lawndale and actually this time he was a passenger in the car and he was still detained and handcuffed. FYI he is not on probation or parole but yet they still target him even though he was pulled over two hours ago by Deputy Rodriguez and his car was searched then and he was let go. But yet he still gets pulled over again just blocks away by another Deputy Vasquez who Clearly knows he was already pulled over tonight . Its gotta stop
