Phillip - You just got in the Relax Sauna first time.

Julien - Yes, we met each other in Orlando at the Doctors Who Rock. I didn’t have a chance but we did speak, as well as exchange. I am a numerologist so I ended up doing Phillip’s numerology.

Phillip - Right. We had a great time.

Julian - Yeah. It was fabulous, fabulous. What I’ve just experienced, I’ve never done this before, is and I was telling you, is that as I was doing this, I was in total peace. And, it stayed of just watching the people here in the expo walking by and, at the same time, just totally deep within myself, the essence of my being on a very deep level. It was hot. That’s what saunas do. And, I was Ohming as well and with the Ohm, with the heat, with myself and this peace. What a beautiful bliss! And, I was watching people, with some people discussing it, I mean, I was like, totally detached.

It gave me a total perspective on, not only what’s going on, but also, this stillness within myself. And, when one is still, one can deal with whatever it is that they deserve to deal with. Whatever represents, they come from that place in being in this ambiance of heat, of infrared, as well as this energy. It’s like you’re sitting in an energy vortex that is asking you to relax, to chill.

Phillip - You know, it’s called the Relax Sauna.

Julian - Is it? Really? No thoughts, you’re not thinking about dinner tonight or what you’re going to do or anything. You’re at total, total peace and you’re totally in the now. So, it’s a very beautiful experience. Thank you, Phil.

Phillip - Do you do saunas very often?

Julian - No, I don’t do saunas often. I was told, I’m in New York right now, t would be good for me to not only do them, but Infrared is, that’s the key note. That’s the buzz word now. Infrared, because it really connects with your own electromagnetic energy field. And, not only in stimulation but also in wellness and in health. And, it’s very important to do, especially now in 2020, healthy things for our mind, body and spirit to keep ourselves in that space of the equipoise.
