Ted Cruz on hiring discrimination at the State Department

Internal State Dept. emails show a culture of hiring discrimination has developed. Disabled people, white men, straight white men, and people not of the "right" religion are excluded.

The Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the Department says she knows nothing about it.
