Kickboxing & Boxing Journey 💥🥊

I know I am integrating and embodying the healing process by this rising inner strength and mightiness showing up in my boxing and kickboxing workout. When my boxing gloves and feet make contact with the boxing and kickboxing punching bag then the bag moves away, springs back and I get in this rhythm of movement, my confidence soars. I know I am powerful and strong in mind, body and spirit. It is solidified even more by my boxing and kickboxing teacher, SAM stating that I am on point with my punches and kicks being fierce and correct as well as my concentration and focus as she calls out the type of punch, kick or combination of both. My inner courageous lion is there roaring for sure along with my faith and sense of security.
