Ginger, Apple, Lemon & Raw Honey Tea: Let's Regenerate together!

One of my favorite simple, affordable teas with a big powerful regenerating effect!

Take that ginger root, don't bother peeling it that takes too much time! Slice it diagonally and put as much as you like, I used about 12" which included 3 "fingers" of ginger into a pot of about 8-9 cups of filtered water and bring it to a boil. Add your sliced apple, without seeds (arsenic), and to the side, I juiced 3 organic lemons that I bought last night at Walmart with my dollar tree handheld citrus juicer! I have some expensive ones but this is easy!

The lemon juice is sitting at the bottom of my mug not being cooked on the stove, I let the tea which cooked on simmer about 30 or more minutes (just be careful not to lose your water by evaporation!), and easily strained the water/tea into my big travel mug with the lemon juice in it. Thereafter I added my raw honey to taste. I put some in a smaller container that is see-through so that you could see it. The apple sweetens it and adds pectin!

At the gym today I shared again, as I have so many times, that we needn't use harmful, carcinogenic chemicals to "get rid of germs?" Because we are so paranoid about "the flu?" Because the hype is promoting so much fear! My goodness!

I found him "dead" in his room Tuesday, October 29 and my body completely became consumed with shock, grief, and immense inflammation. I feel for him and I wish him well through the transition.
