i had my endo appointment today, everything went very well. i was only able to do part of a tobi before we left. we had a very nice time going down to san francisco, on the way back we stopped by the north end of the golden gate bridge and i was able to take some very nice photos of the city due to the nice weather. when i got home i did albuterol and tobi and took my evening trikafta. tomorrow is mens breakfast at church, however i'm tired from today, and i'm having difficulty dealing with a medical problem that i'm not comfortable talking about at the moment. it's leaving me feeling not too well, so i likely won't make it to breakfast tomorrow unfortunately. i also need to spend some time tomorrow figuring out how to apply what i've spoken with my endocrinologist about, which i think will take some time.
