Our entire family had to do this last year right after Halloween 2019. This was recorded on Nov 7, 2019, pre-covid. Many individuals were extremely ill during this time and media reported it as the worse flu season in years. There were also reports of deaths from a mysterious illness they called "Popcorn Lung" which they claimed was caused from eCig use. This was all pre-covid before China was blamed for it. This all may be proof it was released in the US before it was released in China. We may never know for sure.

GINGER COMPRESS RECIPE:
Here's how to make a simple ginger compress to help remove chest congestion which is safe for babies, children, and adults!

There are several other ways to make these using additional ingredients but this recipe only requires ginger and a little water.

I'm sorry my video cut off at the very end. I was hoping to explain the recipe and a few precautions to follow.
So here you go!
Simply grate or finely mince the ginger and add a little water to moisten. Then mash with a fork and add to gauze, napkin, or towel. Fold over so ginger is not directly on skin. Place on chest over lungs and use medical tape to adhere to chest.

Leave on for 2-3 hours for babies, infants, and children.
Adults may leave on overnight.

(Be sure to check your own child's skin sensitivity by testing a small area of their skin with ginger. Some individuals may be allergic to ginger. Do not use if allergic or if ginger causes burning or rash.)
