LikTar reads his letter to President Biden about his "Wide-Eyed" Deepfake and "Dark Brandon"--PART ONE

My name is LikTar. Here I am reading my letter to "President" Joe Biden that I composed on JULY, 27, 2022, CONCERNING THE RECENT VIDEO RELEASED BY THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY WITH THE WIDE-EYED BIDEN, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF DEEPFAKES, IMPERSONATORS, AND ALSO SOME RECOMENDATIONS TO PRESIDENT ABOUT WHAT HE SHOULD DO ABOUT THE "DARK BRANDON" MEME." It is a fairly long letter, so this is the first of two videos. There is a lot of "advice" I give to the Oval Office Occupant before I bring up the matter of the recent Wide-Eyed Deepfake around 14 minutes into the video.
