CAT 259D3 lifting 43% above rated Capacity! Beast Mode!

Join us for some fresh air, fun and some serious lifting by the CAT 259D3 compact track loader (aka skid steer). This machine is rated at 50% tipping capacity of 2,870 lbs, which is basically the maximum operating lift/moving load. Well, today we are going to press that and see just what it can REALLY do! We'll take it up to 4,100 lbs, which is literally 43% higher than its rated capacity, and I quite there! Maybe I should have kept going to see if it could have lifted even more! I am currently using a demo unit testing out this very apt, compact and agile compact loader the 259D3. I am comparing skid steer units to see if I can afford to purchase one, and which one really will have the most bang for the buck. Although I have eliminated manufacturers that don't have good local service or are simply too far away.
