Is Wu Flu a Hybrid of HIV and SARS?

A new study out of China seems to indicate that the Wuhan Coronavirus is more contagious than SARS. If that wasn't bad enough, a study out of India has concluded that the Wu Flu genome contains a sequence found not in any other coronavirus strain, but in HIV. Did the Chinese splice genes from HIV into the coronavirus in an attempt to engineer some bioweapon?
