Northside Takeaway - Yass

Growing up closer to the ocean here in Australia, 'Fish and Chips' wrapped in paper and eaten at the beach is a tradition I have great memories of.

For the past nine years we have had a fabulous business here in Yass ( 3 hours from the coast) which has served fish and chips in this fine tradition.

A few months ago the landlord from out of town demanded a rent raise beyond the business' capacity and it was forced to close. This would have just seemed to be the reality of commerce, until this week an out of town estate agent offered the now vacant premises for lease. Meaning that landlord didn't even have a new tenant lined up, but was just destroying local businesses because they could afford to.
