Covid long hauler recovery update at 9th month. I am proactive with my covid recoveru

After 9 month covid bilateral pneumonia and almost died in ER hospital i have gone through challenging time up and down but with hope & fighting weak heart and lungs I believe i am slowly recovering.
This is a person who cross-fitted 5 day a week before covid feeling young & strong to feeling like 100 yr old & weak. I am not giving up and being proactive with my healing journey
