Panic !! Heaviness in my lungs n hard to breath.

I was admitted into ER this past Friday. My blood pressure was super dangerously high at 192/120 !!

I was thinking my inflamed lungs from post covid but now i think its possible i have inflammation all over from taking so much steroids and antibiotics to save my life from covid.

I have to change my foods. Thats whats my gut told me. Feeling sad and scared .
