barbershop practice went well, though we were a small group this evening. i didn't go grocery shopping this evening, though this is in part because i don't need to pick up very many things. i've done my albuterol, pulmazyme, and evening trikafta. i've set my alarm for 5 am to make sure i can get out by 6, my mother is driving me to my appointment in san fransisco.
