it was a few hours ago i took my evening trikafta, did albuterol and hypertonic saline. i'm taking my morning trikafta and going to bed till noon right now. today i turn 29 years old. that shouldn't be such a cause of intense anxiety as it is. i've struggled with suicidal thoughts before. i've been considering the possiblity that i'm suffering some variant of post tramatic stress. i have a doctors appointment on the 28th.
