In the DPR today is the Remembrance Day victims among children of Donbass, established by a personal decree of the republic's head. In the morning, Donetsk residents carry flowers and toys to the memorial on the Alley of Angels.

The names of the dead babies have become more numerous over the years, especially in the last few months, when Ukraine began killing civilians with Western weapons.
