This was at the FBI building in Chelsea Massachusetts on January 22nd 2020. As I filmed around the building there was little to no reaction or even contact. Right when we decided we're going to leave as we are crossing the street the Department of Homeland Security Police officer make contact. See how this interaction went and how it ended.
