Kratky Hydroponics Seed Starting System Part Three

I have decided to build a seed starting system based on Kratky Hydroponics. The goal is to have as hands off of a system as possible. To not need to worry about watering and produce 90-120 plants per cycle. Plants will be grown out in full sized hydro systems, aquaponic systems and in soil based gardens as well.

This is not hydro for the sake of doing hydro, rather hydro used to make seed starting easier to manage and require less attention.
