Narrative by Cody Joe:
"As the Lyft driver was driving me to my destination we passed a police car and as we were passing the cop he was staring right at me and then all of a sudden he was following us, the cop turned on his lights and stopped the Lyft driver, as the cop approached the vehicle he was rude right off the bat and started laughing and making fun of the driver, the cop asked for identification and insurance and didn’t even tell why he pulled the driver over, and as you can see in the video it will be more clear on how the experience of this stop was not good.

( I didn’t feel safe and as I can tell the driver didn’t feel safe with how this cop was acting)"
