Modern Warfare | Update 1.13 Error is Resetting Stats

Call of Duty Modern Warfare's newest update, patch 1.13, is causing some players to reset their stats. Dropping them back down to rank 55 and removing what they have unlocked. Why does this keep happening? If you get this message do not select anything and close your game down!!
