The infamous GM 4L60e transmission Teardown, Part 1...What happened to this one? What failed???

There is more videos of GM's 4L60e than we can shake a stick at. Here is the start of a series of videos in detail of the tear down, correction, and buildup of one of GM's most widely used transmission. It's very similar to the 700R4 I showed y'all in a previous video, so it might be repetitive.
