How My Cross Choke from Mount Has Changed

This particular variation of the cross choke from mount is something that I added to my arsenal after watching how Rafael Lovato finished the choke.

Once I started playing with it, though, I realized something. There is a hidden benefit to using this grip variation over the traditional one. And it is especially helpful if you've abandoned the cross choke because you always get rolled and lose the position.
