Ford | ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 17, 2020) A T-45 Goshawk, assigned to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, conducts flight operations aboard USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
