Food for the Appalachian Trail: What I will eat!

What a 4 day food supply will look like for me on the Appalachian Trail.

Edited to add: It’s super important to test out your meal plan and the food at home before you start. In the short couple of days since making this video, I realized I can no longer (my stomach) pop tarts and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bars (way to sweet) despite the fact it was always a staple for me. I have replaced the bars with rice crispy treats. The pop tarts will be replaced with either powdered or freeze dried eggs OR muffins which have also always been a staple of mine. So test your food out!!!!!
