Someone pointed out to me in the Android documentation that Randomized MAC Addresses for Wifi 802.11 probes has already been implemented in prior versions of Android. I will need to test this but I'm happy to be wrong since it's better for privacy.

Note that Bluetooth Mac Addresses are not randomized. So there, nothing has changed.
