Day #301 of 365 Daily Gratitude.
Taking a slow peaceful time getting ready for my work day today. Resting both my body and my mind. Feeling really grateful for being able to quiet my mind and listen to what my inner voice and my body are saying to me. I hope all of you take a moment today to set your mind and your body to a peaceful space. Go within and turn the endless hum of the exterior world off... even if only for a moment.
