Cozy Tiny Home - Speed Build (Sims 4)

I was finally in the mood to build in the Sims again! This time I thought I'd build a cozy and chic tiny home. It's exactly 32 tiles, so it qualifies as a micro home. It's also a starter! Woohoo! I believe it costs right around 16,000 simoleons. I did playtest it, so hopefully everything works.

And as you can probably tell, landscaping is not my strong suit, but I tried my best. Also, there is a trashcan around the side of the house. I just forgot to put it in while I was recording.
