This year we harvested lots of little, immune boosting berries called Elderberries. We love the elderberry plant, and we love going into the wilderness to pick it. Elderberry plant has been used as medicine in many parts of the world for centuries, and is well known for immune boosting as well as anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties.
