Being Fully Present Within the Body

If I would ask you right now if you are fully present within your body, what would your answer be?

When I watch almost everyone around me, I see most people walking around with their consciousness being anywhere BUT in the present moment and within their body.

Although it seems like there is nowhere one could go then being within the body, almost everyone is only marginally present at any given time. Most people are only 20-30% within their body most of the time, if even that.

I invite you to take an honest look at yourself right now. Ask yourself how many times a day your thoughts are somewhere in the future or in the past. How often are you fully present with the task on hand or the people around you, enjoying everything that they or it have to offer to you?
