Suspect in custody after shots fired in Hollywood

A man, perched in his apartment at the Cosmo Lofts along Cosmo Street, pitched all kinds of stuff out the 3rd floor window of the apartment building. Witnesses said they heard gun shots fire but police did not confirm that the suspect fired at them. A gun however was seized from the man's home.
