God is good all the time 587: Are we God centered or Me centered in Ministry?

This discussion is brought about because there have been some preachers/teachers that have been pushing the idea that God needs you and therefore the worst thing you can do is deprive the world of the talents and gifts you have. So the question is then are we focused on ME or are we focused on God. What is the message? 'You are so great that the God needs you'...or is the message; 'We are sinners saved by God and can do nothing apart form Him'? The way you ask or see these are going to show the truth of that ministry.
