Solar panels are designed to work optionally at 77 degrees Fahrenheit, 25 Celsius, and over a span 59 to 95 Fahrenheit which is 15 to 35 Celsius. Efficiency gets decreased by 0.5% for every degree above or below the optimal 77 degrees.
