The weights were feeling REALLY heavy today. My minimum goal was atleast six reps, but hoping to hit seven reps, which would match my best touch n' go record. I didn't think I would do much better than that, considering the weight was feeling so heavy. However, I cranked one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs, which I thought would be fitting today, since my dad was in the background, as he is over for a visit, and he loves Pink Floyd, hahaha. So, I buckled down, snd managed to hit 8, which is an ALL TIME PERSONAL BEST. I think I could have potentially even grinded out a ninth, but I was not going to push my luck. Great day, today!
