A Butterfly Story

While walking my dog I noticed many of these caterpillars had fallen on to the sidewalk and were getting stepped on. So I would bring them back and I looked up what they ate and provided fresh leaves. Within two weeks or so all 19 had turned into butterflies and I released them. Very often there was one or more hanging around and they would fly around each other like they were happy to be together.
The music in the background is “Beethoven’s Five Secrets” by the Piano Guys but will always be the butterfly theme song to me. 😊🦋
