Monday August 1, 2022 White House Correspondent Dr. Harper got to ask part of his question to Biden’s NSC member Rear Admiral John Kirby “What about Russia banning a Jewish Agency” then he was cut off and refused to answer his question by saying that it’s a matter for the Press Secretary to call for questions. Dr. Harper’s entire question he was trying to ask before he was cut off was “What about Russia banning a Jewish Agency in Russia from helping Jews emigrate to Israel?”

Previous questions to Biden’s previous press secretary Jennifer Psaki, Communication Director Kate Bedingfield and NSC adviser Jake Sullivan are included.
