Church is for Believers

The modern American church pastor has been too busy catering to "seekers" instead of doing his God-ordained job of equipping believers for the work of the ministry. Instead of training an army of evangelists and ministers, pastors encourage church attendees to bring the unsaved to church where the pastor can preach an often weak and ineffective "sort of gospel" message to them. This is not biblical and just plain backward! Church gatherings are for body life ministry to believers!
