This is sad for so many reasons

A new video of President Biden is being shared of the president wandering off during a speech looking confused. Reuters reports the video has been edited to make the president seem less confused. In it, the president walks off while his wife is speaking for no apparent reason. Now that video has ice cream truck music, seemingly giving the president a reason to walk away, however juvenile. The original video does not have any ice cream truck music.
