US Dominance Wanes in Middle East

A series of headlines this morning got me thinking about the trend of declining US power in the middle east. I think that in the Trump years this trend is becoming irreversible and will result in the total loss of any US influence in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria, the three countries that have received perhaps the most attention from the US.
