Heat Power Transistor (COMSOL Multiphysics)

This example simulates a system consisting of a small portion of a circuit board containing a power transistor and the copper pathways that connect to it. The simulation's goal is to estimate the transistor's operating temperature, which can be significantly higher than room temperature due to unwanted electric heating.
