#Backpacking #Thru hiking | From 24 lb. base weight to 17.4 lbs. This is a standard Thru-hiking bag that could serve as a get out of town bag minus the guns and ammo. These are the basics to survive, nothing more, no luxuries...This would be a bag for a nomadic style of living, assuming that you will acquire food and water by any means necessary. to some this may be too much and to others it may not be enough, however for me this is just enough,,tried and tested over a ten day period and I was completely comfortable.
