Are South Dakota's Leaders Elected or Selected? The graphs in the video depict live election night vote returns from the Secretary of State's website. How can it be the vote returns look exactly the same for the Governor race and US Senate race at the same points in time, in every county across the state? Are these natural vote tallies? Is this mathematically possible? Who knows - South Dakota has no available audit trail to prove it.
