Exploring the Desert’s Diversity//EP 14 Seeking the Winter Sun in our Converted ProMaster Van 136

Today is our last day at McDowell Mountain Park and we’re moving on to Catalina State Park near Tucson, Arizona. But, before we leave we have some chores to do and we take our dogs, Jessie and Lily on a walk along the North Trail where we learn about the diversity of the desert’s exotic plants.

We only live a day’s drive from this desert, but neither Matt nor I know much about the plants that make up the Sonoran Desert. Join us as we explore the beauty and mystery of these beautiful plants.

Then, we head south to Catalina State Park where we rejoin Dave and Candee for some more fun in the sun - hiking and mountain biking in this sunny winter playground.
